Project Meeting: ZADE, Konya, Turkey

The recent ORION Project meeting (from 30th Oct to 1st Nov 2014) was a great success across three days in the city of Konya, with extensive progress made in towards our technical goals.  Helped in no small part by our fabulous hosts and colleagues at Zade for theiramazing welcome and hospitality, there was an optimistic and productive atmosphere throughout our time in Türkiye.  A special thanks must go to our colleague and friend Zeliha Üstün, as well as all the staff and management at Zade. The visit gained ORION extensive coverage, disseminating our technology message throughout the country.  Amongst others, this included a great write up in Anadolu’Da Bugün, the main Turkish paper in the Middle Anatolian region. With a potential audience of around 12 million people for the paper version in that region alone, and the web version potentially reaching all 75 million people in Turkey, we think it's safe to say we got some great coverage (see here for the web version of the article).
